Cut outs

Ok I am looking at putting some cut outs on my 95 GT before the cats and I was wondering if there is anything, such as problems, that I should know about. Thanks

What mods do you have? Dumps really dont make a difference on anything but on highly modded cars. I personally dont like the way Mustangs sound with no mufflers. I have longtubes on my car with a 347cid with 416RWHP on all motor and I took it down the road with open headers and I really did not like the sound... Big blocks on the other hand is a different story....

I have the 302 with a BBK cold air intake, underdrive pullys, and headers back flowmaster exhaust with OR H-pipe. That is all I have for now but I wanted to be able to get a little more power without spending a ton of cash. Also what ways can I get more HP without spending a lot of cash. Thanks

Cut outs are a waste of time and money. If you feel you need them, do it. But I'll bet money you won't notice a gain if you already have a good flowing exhaust on the car.

I'm not to sure what " cut outs" are but if you are reffering to dumps, I have to +2 on stang and darrell. If you are looking for that loud sound, just take the mid pipe off and run "Open header"... if I said that right...

Also, cops here actually can shit out there nightsticks if you have open headers. LOL They got more important things to to than top you for being loud. Now that don't mean you can rev up in the apt complex and think you won't get in trouble.
