Forged pistons, forged crank, new piston rods, new pushrods, ECU Flash(If EFI) to be on the safe side. Maybe not the pushrods though but hell if i have to do one, mind as well do the rest

it depends what you plan to run, like how much PSI, but if its about under 10lbs it should be safe if it doesnt have forged internals

Bolt it on your car and go. I'd make sure you have an adequate fuel system though. A 255lph in tank pump and a T-rex or equivalant inline pump will do the trick. I know alot of guys running blowers on stock short blocks with both forged and hyperjunk pistons. Absolutely no problems. One friend of mine makes 555hp at the wheels with a stock 93 shortblock with hyperjunk pistons. With a low boost set up on a pretty close to stock engine I wouldn't worry about anything.

HAHA Why you call them "HyperJunk"? I know your talking about those hyperstetic pistons but why you call em junk. I think that's funny. Sounds like a marketing scheme the way you put it.

they're junk because they are cast and have a high silica content making them brittle.

If you're running 10PSI or under you do not need to beef any internals up.
