Trouble codes

I finally pulled the engine codes today. I got 51,22,53,54,35,67,81,82,85 in that order. I am having trouble finding what the codes mean. What would be causing all these codes? My car is running like crap though. All help will be greatly appreciated. By the way the car is a 88 gt with mass air.

51-ect/actreads-40deg.or circuit open
22-bapormap out of test range
53-tpcircuit above max. range
54- act cicuit open sensor
67-neutral/drive swith open or ac on
The rest is all emissions shit
I would focus on the 51 and 54, these will definatly make the car run poorly

how did you pull the codes? i would like to pull mine there has to be a lot!
