if your going to go with a dart block. and a good rotating assembly, then you should atleast go 347. not going to cost anything extra.

I was beginning to wonder what happened to him. He hasn't been on here in forever. Tell him he doesn't need a car to make an appearance every now and again on the site.

sounds like you have a tight budget, and you want to do things right, but know if you use ARP bolts in the bottom end, you have to have a lot of machine work done, as the ARP bolts clamp down a lot harder then TTY bolts that come in the motors stock. this makes all kinds of serfices go out of round, and need machine work to fix it. otherwise you will just destory bearings, and have low oil pressure.

And for pete's sake, please use punctuation. While reading your last post I was starting to think that you were an idiot for thinking you had a timing chain bearing.

What do you mean? You don't run a timing chaing bearing? Shit it will free up about 7HP and give you a lot more time on your timing chain, they are awesome. Look them up on Summit's site, they should be right next to the muffler bearings, and blinker fluid... Its funny how punctuation can make things read, at first I was like come on spelling/grammar/punctuation nazi, but when I read it, I do have to agree a little, and I am bad with run on sentences, see what I mean, this one just keeps going and going, but if you add commas it makes it OK....haha

lol my bad. i just get to typing and forget, had the same problem in high school to.yea the bottom end was done buy anderson ford in 2007,the car came with a 3 ringer binder of all the paper work and reciets from 89 and the body of the car has a true 71k on it.its just had a few differnt motors in it time of running and differt combos also.the bottom end consist of trw piston for trickflow heads stock rods reconditioned with arp rod bolts and a had a scat stock stroke crank in it,when i pulled it apart with arp every in also.so i just replaced all the arp stuff with new arp stuff, and took it all to a machine shop buy me and had them make sure every thing checked out to spec and nothing was messed up,meijer dont pay that good to build a fast car but side jobs workins on cars, snow plowing helps out.
