they told me that they have never heard of there exhaust Y-pipe not fitting before which is complete bullshit, because it's all over the internet (check it out over on corral).

so far I have several hundred dollars invested in "fabricating" to make the kit work.

Thanks Bob...good to know!

The intake is actually stainless...for some reason I was told aluminum and it's not...the MAF got welded this morning in about 20 minutes at a local shop.

We got the exhaust lined up last night and it's short by about 1.5-2 inches....the space is between the Y-Pipe and back...

The exhaust portion of this kit is WAY off...may have to do some further "fabricating" to make the kit perfect.

here is a pic of the MAF part welded in the correct spot as told by kurgan...

Sorry the picture is blurry, but you can see what the problem is...the pipe is too short to connect to the next pipe...

Im taking the pipe over to the same welder and having him add a small amount of pipe to it in order for it to fit.

No, the Y-pipe was completly wrong. It was bent too wide to fit and the bubble fitting on the end was way too large. It needed to be bent, cut down and welded.

Also the maf intake is not the correct shape...it will require some modification to the fender in order for it to fit correctly.

The intercooler will definetly not fit with the AC installed (as advertised it would). The condenser needs to gtfo and you will need to fabricate a support for the intercooler.

I know nothing of this kit but after seeing the recent hype here for it, I did some searching and reading about it. I did see this on their web page for the 5.0 kit.
"With the kit you will retain the power steering but in order to fit the turbo and downpipe, the kit doesn't make room for you to run A/C or Smog."

It is buried in the middle of a paragraph but that caught my eye because I have AC and smog on both of my foxes and that was a major negative for me.
