I'd try tunerpro first since it is free. If it is too much for you get EA and BE since there is tons of support in the way of forums and files from other users.

What type of cable could you use with an 88 mustang?

I really don't know if the speed density computer is supported or not. Best bet would be to go to one of the EEC tuner websites and ask there.

Damn... I looked up the computer on ford fuel injection and it said 84 to 94 had the EEC-IV

and the tunerpro site said it supports Ford EECIV and EECV

But 84 to 94 does not coincide with the 89 start of MAF
