93 5.0 and bad issues need help fast!

I have a 93 bronco with 5.0 I figured id ask on here since I post here on my 04gt. Problems I'm having I accidently sucked some water in motor and had to drive it home I changed oil from 10 30 to 20 50 and engine restore. Starts up and has oil pressure then loses it completely. Also I'm getting white smoke out of exhaust and around the head and overheating pretty quick. It's been smoking a while thought it was blue before I changed like now just white but it idels fine then a little gas hesitates then smooths out. Idk what to do im not familar with these motors. Please say its an easy fix I'm thinking just cracked head or blown head gasket.

Nope... your thinking is spot on... You damaged her. Time to pull the heads and have them checked. As far as sucking the water in.... water doesn't compress, so hopefully nothing in the rotating assembly is fugged.

I think its possibly a broke ring blowing blue smoke out of breather tube and dip stick hole now

Leakdown test will help pinpoint that. You may have both if you have white smoke out the tailpipe and blue smoke out your breathers and dipstick tube.
