a suxessful motor mount swap


so my last thread I had so many questions on swapping my motormounts well I finally did it and installed energy suspention motor mounts. I just want to say thanks to everyone that gave me tips on doing it I took me only 2 hours. and it was super easy.

Good lord... you need a pressure washer and some detergent. I would have wore gloves and used a respirator to keep shit outta my mouth too. Next on the list: gaskets to repair the oil leaks, lol

yup I have a leaking rear main seal and oil somehow found its way on to my smog pump and diverter valve

same ones I got. raised my motor atleast a 1/4 of an inch.

I found out the hard way they'll go on the wrong sides and move your motor forward to the point you can't get your tranny on

See in the 2nd pic, the bolt that goes through the k member is offset, if you put them on the wrong sides the bolts sit too far backward and will push the motor forward
