95' Mustang 5.0 HO intake swap for 93 cobra intake...

I have a 1995 Mustang Gt with a Cobra intake out of a 93'. I did buy the car like this but whats the procedure of swaping the 5.0 HO intake out and putting in the cobra intake? What are the adjustments I need to make? Would a 95 Gt even work with a cobra intake? Another thing is that the car keeps stalling out. I believe and im almost sure that its the air/fuel ratio. When I got the car I did have the fuel filter changed, new spark plugs, distributor cap and button replaced, adjusted the timing, and put in a new ignition module. I did hook up a scan tool and got 2 codes that the tps switch was bad and also got a code that the mass air flow sensor wasnt working properly. So I replaced the tps switch and soon ill be replacing the MAF. Now would if I install a new MAF and its still running rich and it stalls out? What should I look for next? Someone please help me out if they know anything..

Buy an adapter elbow for it. Summit sells them.

Fix the codes and see if it still stalls.
