EGR PLATE

What is the diff between 65mm 70mm and 75mm egr plates? Does it make a big diff by changing them?

About 5 mm a step. :wink And yes a larger egr plate and K&N filter is worth about 175 HP at the wheels!!! Sorry man had to do it.

just remove your intake, block off the heat passage for your egr, plug your heater lines for the egr together, and hang your egr off on the firewall so it stays plugged in. then you wont need a egr plate.

So was mine. I did it the hard way but you might try soaking in a good penetrating solution overnight.

The EGR plate size is directly related to the throttle body size. A bigger plate won't do anything for you without a bigger throttle body.
