no, that's not going to work. you still have to have power going to the switch to power the motors. as you have it right now, you looped the hot on both switches together, with no feed. also you need to have some form of a fused power input to the motors in case of a short so you don't catch the wiring on fire. The grounds on the other hand can be tied in together but it would be a waste of wire. just ground them inside the door frame in the chassis.

just wondering, what are you trying to do?

No it won't work. You are missing +12v to the switches in the drivers door. As it sits, only your passenger switch will work.
Effectively, the only difference between your setup and the factory one is one wire which is the small horizontal pink line between the two pink runs (circled in red below). Tie the pink colored line in the drivers door to the other pink line or run it to its own fused source and it should all work. Remember when tracing this out, those switches aren't ganged together.

my bad this is what i ment to do, yes there would be a fuse it would be hooked up to my other accessories on the switch. my bad it was early i ment TMOSS!
