No it won't work. You are missing +12v to the switches in the drivers door. As it sits, only your passenger switch will work.
Effectively, the only difference between your setup and the factory one is one wire which is the small horizontal pink line between the two pink runs (circled in red below). Tie the pink colored line in the drivers door to the other pink line or run it to its own fused source and it should all work. Remember when tracing this out, those switches aren't ganged together. ![]() EDIT: I just reread the post above mine and it seems he said the same thing, sorry.

my bad this is what i ment to do, yes there would be a fuse it would be hooked up to my other accessories on the switch. my bad it was early i ment TMOSS!
