Mustang gt cobra

Ok i picked up anothe rmustang it has been about two years since i have had it. I got a 1990 now, the title says mustang/gt cobr. I have read different places that this means nothing that its just for insurance? I have also read that its just a cobra package. Anyone know anything about it?

It's just a GT. Cobra was only 1993 in the fox chassis. My 89 title says the same thing. I've heard all different things about why they say it, such as being previously titled in Canada, but in the end, the only thing that matters is that it's not a cobra no matter what the title says..

yea it just what insurance and registtation list it under atleast as far as ive read on this forum

gt's produced in canada had gt cobra on the titles... it's just a gt with the gt package. Nothing cobra about it honestly.
