351W from Factory

Does anyone know which cars came stock with the 351W that may be easy to find in a junk yard. I need the EFI and wiring and don't really have 2-3K to spend on something new?!

Ford put them in a variety of cars ranging from F-150-F350, Custom 500's, Broncos, Crown Vic's, Thunderbirds...and the list goes on.

I believe they stopped using them after 1997 though. I may be mistaken on that but I know in 1997 they still had the 351 as an option for certain trucks. Shouldn't be too hard to find one.

they put them in all the Econolines, Some of the Bronco's, some F-150's all the way up to F450, Cougar's, Most crown vic's, Fairalane's, Thunderbird's and whole bunh more

THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I'M SAYING! I don't understand why ford has always used smaller V8's, when the 5.7 350's have been performing so much better!

They should have put the 5.0 in the GT mustang. and the 5.8 in the cobra's!

And they actually had a mustang concept that was equipped with a TWIN TURBO 351. I don't remember the specifics, but it was supposed to be made special and put in one of the fox body's, i think 1993?

i think it might have done something with the fact how light the fox's were so it made more sense to put bigger motors in hevier cars and smaller in lighter cars, like for example, the Honda civic

I guess i'll take that as the correct answer.. lol
my wife and I drove 750miles form NY to IN yesterday night, and only fill up twice about $50. Not bad for an a long distance trip. some guy was trying to race in another civic with a 12 inch fart canon, he cut off the turck driver and the stick keep beside me all the way for about 110 miles, , it was fun watching him flashing his high been, which looks like a reg head light lol
