yea he just drove it pretty much not much of a car guy just an image craving type of dude i guess...ive loved "cars" forever just never took the time to figure out how they work...and actually learn about more than what model is what

Yessir! As far as plugs and wires go... Autolite coppers work good and are dirt cheap, Taylor, MSD, etc make good wires, MSD cap and rotor kits are good, but so are many autoparts store ones, at least for a while.

i want whatever i get to last i dont want it to be an on-running project that lasts forever because shit gets broke in between...then back to square one...lol

dude, 1 peice of advice ill give you....no matter what you will ALWAYS have some thing to do on a project car. you will never be done/happy for ever. but yeah get good stuff and it will last longer and work better usually.

Okay guys Im back...i STILL dont have the car physically here but ive gotten a picture of the engine as it sits...he's waiting on his replacement title then signing it over to me....but after looking at the picture it probably wont be alot to get it running...but figuring out the over heating problem is whats going to be a pain...ive done some research in advanced so when i get it i know the first steps to figure the problem out...First check the hoses (dry rotted replacing either way), lower radiator for blockage, make sure no hoses are collapsing, temp gauge, sensors, make sure fan is running correctly, and uhm making sure theres no coolant in oil and/or visa-versa

heres the picture maybe you guys can tell me what you think (to help get it running)
