Huge amount of blow by..

When i remove the dip stick i get oil shot all over the place.... when the oil filler cap is removed it looks like a train puffing. what causes this? The pcv valve hose is no longer attached to the back of my intake. It was some how sucking huge amounts of oil from there into the intake and out my exhaust :0. The wire filter is still in the hole and the pcv valve is still in place i now just have a breather on it. I also have a breather on the filler vent hole because when i run the tube oil makes its way up there and gets sucked back down into the intake...

**this motor did none of this before i had it rebuilt... now that i had it rebuilt it has caused me nothing but problems.***

Other than a rebuild, did you do anything else like new heads, supercharger, ect.?
