Temp Sending Sensor

Got a digital gauge from Summitt...where can i install the digital sending unit? Isnt their a plug on the bottom of the block that i can use?

If i remove the analog one in the top of the intake and replace it with the digital and dont use the stock gauge will i have any issues?

nope thats what most people do. It should come with some adapters so itll fit in the stock hole. The sensor on the driver side is for the gauge, the sensor on the pass side in the heater tube is for the computer

if your standing at the front of your car looking at the motor, the sender on the lower intake to the right of your dizzy is the one that goes to the dash gauge. If you replace that one with your digital aftermarket gauge sender then the one in the dash that sucks balls will no longer function but you won't have any issues.

you guys all need to stop for a second...

the majority of aftermarket intake manifolds have 3/8" NPT ports drilled into all 4 corners of the manifold... right where the coolant passages are.

Use one that DOESNT have a sensor in it.
