Whistling intake HELP

Hey just got my new 89 lx with a 351 from a ford lightning in her. she runs nice and strong but one problem i have is the idle. 76 mm maf 70 mm bbk tb gt 40 intake and heads 24 lbs injectors.

First the idle goes up and down

second there is a whistle coming from the intake that changes pitch with the idle

Idle runs about 800 rpm in drive

when in park or neutral it goes from 800 - 1300 rpm up and down

also i only hear the wisle when its in park or nuetral.

im thinking intake leak anyone have this problem before?

I will almost bet money it is the BBk throttle body that is whistling.

Alot of aftermarket tb's whistle. I have a few buds with accufab and they make no noise though.

maybe it is the throttle body

than what would cause the idle to change

My dodge neon does it everytime the cai slips off the throttle body. My hyundai accent did it because of the cheap air filter it came with. Check those to see if it helps any.
