950$ setup.

gt40heads completely re done
cobra intake, less than 500 miles on it, practically brand new.
tfs 1 camshaft ( brand new )
30lb injectors & 75mm mass air
70mm accufab tb & space ( brand new )

does this sound like it would give me a little bit of power for my money?

I think 30lb injectors are to big with that set up. you may be fine just using your stock 19lb injectors. if not then i would go with 24 lb injectors. But as far as the price of every thing you listed it seems good

Good deal. 30's are too big, but if the MAF is calibrated for them, then I guess I'd just use them. Get a tune when you are done with it all, and it will tie it all together with your computer nicely. You should be impressed vs. what you have now.

30's are too big but if tuned it'll work.. and it'll be a good improvement over stock for sure.

Like everyone else said...If you find a trade for 24# injectors/MAF for that setup just do that. But otherwise, that will make good power over stock. Won't feel like the same car.

Just cuz one dude is running 30's with his 'small' setup doesn't mean that it's what YOU need. If you insist on using the 30's, get a tune.

I'm running the Track Heat intake, Stage 2 cam, and TF 185cnc's with 30's. That's way more air movement than what you got, just for an example.

30 lb injectors work just fine on a mild setup as long as the maf is calibrated or the computer is tuned. Even with just a calibrated maf they'll work fine.

the maf is calibrated to the injectors... if i cant sell them by the time i puzzle everything together, there going on with out a doubt. and i definitely will be sure to get a tune regardless! the only reason why im thinking about not getting rid of them is because there is definitely a turbo or supercharger in the near future! well at least, maybe sometime over winter. but first i gotta get used to the ride once its complete with this setup

just scooped up all of these parts, except i didn't pickup the heads yet, still up in the air if i want to pickup my buddys gt40s for 400.. otherwise, need some info on whether or noti should change my rockers and lifters while i already have everything taken apart?
whats the difference between stamped and roller rockers?
and which ones would be good, compatible with tfs1 camshaft, cobra intake, and gt40 heads? any suggestions.

keep the 30" get it chipped/tuned and you will be good to go. then yor injectors will be working 1/2 as hard to do the same job.

if you havent bought the heads then dont yet! try and hold out for a used set of aluminums i have the gt40s and while i like it a lot i wish i would have just saved the 400$ more while i was already half way there.

and roller rockers have a roller tip that moves smother on the spring and stamped is what we have stock, its just a stamped metal rocker arm, the rollers allow for faster revs and a few hp

You should always measure for pushrod length, and unless the gt40's have been converted from pedestal to stud, you would need a different type of rocker for aftermarket heads. If you need this by wed, just get the GT40's and live with what you have for a while. You really need to have a TOTAL game plan before you jump into modding your motor. You need to know what you want out of it. If you just go that route, then you will have more power and that will allow you to build up the rest of the car suspension wise and such. Take your time when it comes to buying aftermarket heads. Deals come up, and if you keep an open eye, you may scoop up a better deal down the line. But depending what you want out of your motor will dictate how much $ you will need to save later. Alot of rambling, but hopefully you get the idea.

maybe i'll take a little more time to look in the long run picture and get everything figured out first. thanks
