How does this car look?

Hey everyone I just want a couple opinions on this car, I may be interested in buying it. My parents don't want me to buy one until the spring but I might be able to talk them up a bit....so just tell me if it will be decently powerful with the mods listed and will the bad aspects be easy to fix? Thanks and of course I will go see the car myself before buying it....you never know....just so far, what is your opinion and should I bring it up to my parents now (I already have the money)
btw my favorite part is the interior. WOW

I would prefer a stocker none ricer looking mustang. That car is still a fixer upper. For that price i wold buy something alot better looking. Not a big fan on the interior.

pretty jerry rigged...for that kinda money dont buy one a ricer has owned .....this is why i say that "If you're looking to trade I am only looking for a straight trade for an EG civic, foxbody GT(pref t-tops), 95-99 eclipse, 87-93 camaro (pref t-tops). All trades must be stick " theres better cars to start with and a stocker is unmolested

Alright thanks for the responses guys but what's so great about a stock one? They are slower and their parts are older....and I can't modify a car by myself yet. I was looking for one with at least a few mode done, the basics mostly (like CAI, exhaust, throttle body, etc.) And I have seen a few that even have cams. Is this a bad idea, to buy one of those? And why?

What they are getting at with trying to find a stocker, is just that you aren't paying for parts that you might swap out, and that you know that it doesn't have a bunch of junk on it that may have been half ass'd through the install's and such. My opinion is that you can score a deal on a car that does have lots of stuff done to it as long as you can trust the install when talking motor work. You never get all your money back out, so that's a good place to score big.

We all can tell by that ad, and by the interior (sorry if you like it), that the seller isn't 'in touch' with the whole car thing.

Just keep posting your finds on here, and we will give our opinion. Majority rule USUALLY should tell you wether or not to stay away from a car, but we are not there to see it in person, so keep that in mind also. But that original car post is junk.

Whats great about a stock one, it the fact that you will know what is in the car because you put the time and effert into putting the parts on the car, when i bought my cars it was all stock and i put parts on it and wrecked it and fixed it again.

I would pass. Not worth the trouble.

I rushed into buying my first fox for $1000 because i was 16, and impatient about getting my first car. I ended up having to buy a roller for it because of rust issues and wiring shorts EVERYWHERE.

Ask me if I will rush into buying a fox again. lol

Save your money and buy yourself a better one. I would rather OVERPAY for a fox thats in good condition, than to cheap out and buy a lemon car that will end up costing more in the end.

Why do you say this? My car was in a front end collision and it looks just like it did before...You just have to bring it to the right shop is all.

And also looking under the hood even from the grainy picture, it looks like th car hasn't been taken care of at all. It looks rusty, and dirty. Yeah, 155k, but mine doesn't look that bad, and it's got more miles.
