flowmaster vs magnaflow??????
ok so should i go with flowmaster or magnaflow..?????? i currently have the 40 series flowmasters and they sound good but i heard the magnaflow help out more not too much but a lil more in hp and also they told me my car feels kinda sluggish on 5th cuz of the flowmasters and because i have no cats they arent creating enough air pressure or some shit like that????? so what should i do????and is their a thing as series 1 and two of magnaflow????

flowmasters are known to make the least amount of hp compared to other performance mufflers such as magnaflow, so yes you may pick up just a tad with a swap. the 5th gear sluggish thing is totally false, your flowmaster is not holding you back in that area one bit, prolly feels sluggish cause it's an overdrive gear they're not made to feel fast in 5th.

The 5th gear thing is normal with the stock gears. My car has flowmasters too with gutted bbk cats

I have flowmaster super 10. Its a one chamber muffler. you can see through it. sounds good to

Go Magnaflow- Bassani or Borla. I loved the way Borla sounded on my old white fox. Flowmasters are good for the budget

if you are close to stock you are not going to feel a difference, so pick you that you think sounds the best and call it a day.

I'm a flowmaster fan.. Had them on my 5.0's and on my Bullitt!! Great sound!!

i've got flow 40's on my car now and with no cats it's too loud for me when i'm on the highway, just too much drone. so i'm getting some mac's welded on this weekend.
