50resto
I just got a 1995 5.0 and I am looking to upgrade the suspension. Is this from 50resto any good?

Depends on what you are looking to do with the car, I guess. The subframes are OK, but there is better. Same with the no-name upper and lowers, especially for not all that much more money. Lowering springs aren't the best for drag racing, but do help with body roll. So I guess it's all up to what your goal is. All good stuff for just a DD.

Not really. The only decent thing there is the Steeda lowering springs. Those are cheap shocks and struts. I had them once before I knew better. Stick with Steeda or Maximum Motorsports or even UPR for suspension depending on what your gonna do with the car. Check Ebay and Craigslist for better parts at cheaper then new prices.

I have the same shocks and struts on my car. They are not bad. But there are better.
