160s - you really have to know what you're doing to get 230cfm. That's about tops.

I beleive they flow 170 cfm's stock. Still horrible either way.

not on my bench or any other published test I ever saw in 100% stock form. Mid 160cfm tops.

a huge difference just remember that you have to upgrade your intake and exhaust to go along with that P&P, also I would sugest getting a spr cam to maximise your HP

210~215 is what most qualified people do get. 230 is the most I've seen but I have seen unverfied claims of up to 240.

Damn, that box stock TF 170 territory. I have to assume that's product of class racing, right? Because I'm guessing that the amount of money spent in portwork it would take to take an e7 there, you could buy a set or two of aluminums.

you'd be a fool to pay for that level of work on E7s for all but a very few instances. F/S does not allow porting but a GT40 head is "stock" so, the applications are miniscule. I've known guys to do it for money street grudge racing. Can't think of a class where the E7s would be allowed where a GT40 would not.
