How much HP?

I have a 1995 mustang GT this is what the car has now:

e303 cam
CAI
A/C delete
93 race tune from Bama Tuning
longtube headers
no cats, flowmaster 40s

How much HP you think it should have, I know there is no accurate answer
but around what HP range will it be in. Also it has a 9" rear with 3.73 gears and lightened flywheel, what numbers can it do in the 1/4 mile?

That 9 inch rear robs power and is heavy as hell. Can't imagine why anyone put one in an sn95.

I want 300rwhp how can I do this without taking the e303 cam out? What can I get to upgrade the suspension for the track/street?

I'm going to doubt that it has a 9" in it. Costs more money than it's worth considering an 8.8 is plenty strong. I bet he was just rounding up.

Edit: Sorry, forgot to actually answer your question. I say 235-240 at the crank.

If there is a differential cover on the back with bolts, then it's not a 9 inch. The driveshaft side on a 9 inch comes out, sometimes called a pumpkin. The driveshaft side of an 8.8 in not accessible. Only from the back. I can't say about the older cars, but all newer (even cobra's) were 8.8's

I have to check tomorrow if its really a 9" rear becuase I can't find any parts for a 9" rear. Can gt40 intakes and heads with e303 cam make 300rwhp?

You would just need to look specifically for ford 9 inch parts, not mustang and choose 9 inch as an option. Ford 9 in are in Tons of high horsepower vehicles as well as street rods, circle track cars, dirt track, etc. But I doubt you have one, don't worry. There have been people that think an 8.8 and 9 are the same thing before, so I'm sure that's just the case.

As far as Gt40's and E cam making 300 rwhp??? Not unless you slip the dyno operator some coin for fudging the numbers. It generally takes a much bigger cam to get there, and ported parts.

Any reason you don't want to ditch the E303?

I thought since the e303 cam is in there to keep it there and yea NJ is a emission state. I'm still going to school (High School) so I wont be doing any engine work till winter or spring break so right now I am saving money and planning on what to do.
