cranking slow after swap

so i did the aod to t5 swap but my car cranks really slow and wont start i changed batteries changed the module but nothing seems to work can some one help me

so this is what happened step by step after we finished the swap i tried to start the car and noticed smoke comming under me i checken and i had pinched a wire and replaced it still gave it a try and cranked slow checked if it was throwing spark and seemed good, did i install the adjust the cable right? if i put it in gear and crank the car the wheels spin so i think i did what can it be that makes it crank slow and wont start? not the battery

Might be the clutch is not working

thats what a friend told me to check if it was edngaging or disengaging any way im thinking of buying a stock cable and see if that does it
