you cannot use the chip, or that mass air. The TB will not work either.

If you are looking for a checp way to convert to a larger MAF, you want a 94-95 maf. Doesnt matter if its from a 3.8l, GT or Cobra. The just get the filter adapter ring that goes on it and drop it in place of your stock maf.... BAM.. 70mm maf upgrade!!

why dont you just do what Addermk2 said it sounds like his way will save you a shit load of time, money, and parts needing to be installed. what ever extra parts you already have from your old 95 stang just sell them on ebay, just because you have these parts doesnt mean you have to use them. some time when your set on using a specific part that wasnt ment for your vehical or set up can some time cost you alot more then its worth

So you know for sure the meter will put out the same voltage per mass as the stocker? If so how? THis has been a topic of debate between me and a friend, and neither of us can solve it.

the chip for the 95 uses a different computer program that is called a "strategy" It uses the CBAZA strat, where your fox ECM uses the GUFb strategy. So no, you cant use it... That would be like trying to stick a CD-rom into a 3.5" floppy drive.

As for converting to the 95 ECM. You COULD do it, but you would have to rewire a bunch of shit. And honestly, the fact that you need to ask about it, shows that you probably dont have the skills necessary to get the job done. No offence.

As for using the 95 throttle body, the TPS will not bolt down to it, the throttle cable connection is incorrect, AND the bolt pattern is wrong.

so again, NO... you cannot use it

I have compared many maf's to see which ones would come close to the stock flow values (electronically) of the stock fox maf. The results I cam up with is that the 94-95 SN-95 maf, while not being a perfect match, is the closest.

Here's the flow data.

If you take a look at this chart, you will see how close the actual flow values are to each other. Now compare this to the ever so popular (and completely stupid) upgrade to the 93 cobra maf.

this is the 93 cobra maf vs the stock fox piece. see how much further the flow curves vary?
