Fuel/spark/air/timing... That's what makes 'em run. What was your pressure at the rails? Did you use a gauge? Did you set your initial timing anywhere from 10-14 btdc?

So... I'm guessing you're really saying that you don't really have the spark then, huh?

You should get several blue sparks, if you don't then its your Ignition Coil.

Take your ignition wire off the distributor and lay it on the intake, try and start it. You should see several blue sparks come out repeatedly, if they are not blue or you only get 1 or 2 then the problem lies in the ignition coil.

When you turn the key off you will lose all fuel pressure. How quickly it drops is how you tell if you have a leak/bad pump. If it drops almost instantly when you shut the key off then that pump was your issue. If it took like 15 mins to bleed off, then changing that pump and the car starting may have been coincidence and there still might be an issue that might pop back up again.
