starting problems


my mustang only starts when its cold, the check engine light came on when this problem first started. i pulled the trouble codes and they all where sensors, MAP, ECT, IAT,EGR valve position sensor, if the MAP sensor went out would it make all this sensor work improperley,, and what is the MAP sensors main function and what does it controll?????????????????

Manifold Air pressure. I believe for checking the density of the air so it knows how much fuel to throw with said amount of air, but I could be wrong.
