intake manifold and hood

Ive got a 94 gt an i am getting ready to install a gt40 intake on it. i know that when the body style changed one of the thing affected was the intake manifold because the height of the engine compartment was lowered on the 94 as compared to the fox body. I found a 2.5" cobra style cowl hood and im thinking if i get it that it should work great with the upgraded intake.???

I personally would go with this hood: 1994-98 Mustang 3.5" Ram Air Fiberglass Hood by Cervini's at LRS - Same Day Shipping!

give it a mean aggressive look.

But yes, it should work well with the intake upgrade.
