Please help mechanical problems!

I recently bought a 1991 mustang 5.0,the car was getting gas and fire, but will not crank. So I put a new computer in it, and she fired right up. But the car is idleing VERY high, it has 1993 cobra heads, also a cam which is a e303. It has a off road h-pipe with no cats, but still has the O2 sensors on it. Also it is an automatic. So why is it idling so high???

It could be possible, its got a factory throttle body, and a cold air intake. I did notice that there was 2 vaccum lines that were capped off, im not sure what they go to.
