I would try to talk him down a little bit. Theres a built 351 windsor swapped fox by me for 5000, it doesn't have as many mods but it makes me wonder about the value of the car you are looking at. But I think it could be a great purchase.
What condition are the paint and interior in? |

he is asking more for the car but giving me a quite a bit off. the paint is 6 months old but he put a new hood on it so that is going to need paint. interior is in pretty good shape. i dont have any pics right now but i will try and post some soon.

The block probably already has an issue... likely why he selling it so cheap. If the body is in good shape, thats atleast 9k worth of ride
