e303 cam
1.7 roller rocker arms

Don't buy that e-cam please. Everyone makes the same mistake...Learn from someone who has a letter cam (me)..Wait until you get cylinder heads to get your cam. As far as bang for your buck intake, get an explorer intake. Take some sandpaper, and clean up the inside of it. Done

Explorer since it's the same as the cobra, and don't put 24's in it until you need them... and you won't with that. Skip the E cam, not a bad cam, but there is much better unless you have to because of emissions. Don't forget a bigger throttlebody. 65mm would be just fine for that setup. And my only question is why only 3.27's? Do you drive 50 or more miles a day at 75-80mph? If you are an auto, I would do a 3.73 minimum and 3.55's with a manual.

You'll be fine with 3.55's too, and it'll give you just a little more kick too. I currently have 3.55's and a 5 speed, and I'm switching to 3.73's cuz I have another rear with them in it. I drive alot, and the mileage with the 3.55's isn't bad at all. And explorer the suv, yes. Any one with the 5.0 in it. It's a cheap upgrade over stock. The heads on them are better too, for cheap, just a little fyi. The E cam is only the best way to go if you HAVE to pass emissions. But many people claim to pass with the TrickFlow Stage 1 cam.

Don't take this the wrong way by any means, but just because you didn't know about the explorer intake, I suggest researching A LOT before you buy anything. You'll want to have a gameplan or goal in mind before you start buying parts, or you'll end up buying stuff twice or more. What is your main intent with this car. Just a DD? Some dragstrip? Some autocross? And lastly, what is your budget, or are you just buying things when you can? The answers to those questions will help you on your quest for affordable, reliable power.

I have no issues with the 3.55's at all, I would consider them a good all around gear. I'm jumping to the 3.73's mainly because 1. I have them, and 2. I'm gonna start hitting the track next season. You won't notice a huge difference over your 3.27's, but if you can do it yourself or get it done cheap, I'd do it in a heartbeat. It would probably feel like you added another 15-20 horse.
