Header question
Hey guys, just need some input on header choice for my '89. I'm getting trick flow twisted wedge heads and the car already has X-pipe, but the headers are stock. What are some good choices that match up well with these heads? I'd like to try and keep price around $200. Thanks in advance for the input/opinions.

Considered that. But, may be looking to go supercharged in the future. Thought I read somewhere you shouldn't/can't use long tubes with power adders?

More specifically, I'm just looking for what headers fit best with the trick flows, for now!

you cant use longtubes with a turbo, and if I was to rebuy my headers Id get some 1 and 3/4s mac/bbks with a 3" slip fit

Just be advised that if you buy long tubes and already have your exhaust set up for short headers your gonna have to get a new X pipe or have that one modified..
Long tubes work better but you wont notice much of a diffrence with some good shorties.. |

Unless your racing in a class that mandates the use of "shorty" headers, use long tubes to fill in the blanks. |
