Brace under rear end, why is mine crooked?

So I was at the muffler shop yesterday and noticed the brace under the rear end was crooked, should i be worried? My first fox didn't have one but it was an lx, I've noticed that gts all seem to have this brace under the rear end so what should I do?

it just about makes it under there - the jack sits pretty low. Suspension makes no difference here - tire diameter does.

mine has since been removed so I just jack from under the pumkin.

First thing I removed from my car.
Thats Fords way of fixing a vibration problem... LOL

"Hey fellas.. we gots a vibration in the rear of the car...
Well... hows about we just ad a 50lbs hunk of steal under the rear end..
Yep.. that'll fix it.."

You would never see something like that on a bmw... imho.

Are you talking about the weight attached to the nose of the rear end or the sway bar that runs under the rear end??
