We run E85 in my son's 87 LX Notch 427w bracket racer. And I am building a 89 LX turbo street/strip car to run on E85.

On my Turbo car, I'm running twin Walbro 255 pumps, -10 feed & -8 return lines, with 96 Lbs injectors! Here is a good article on converting. http://www.e85mustangs.com/tuning.html

I've run it in my 2010 f-150. feels like it has more power, but mileage is almost cut in half! I was also told the more you run it, the more maintenance you have to do on your vehicle.

I've run it in my 02 Tahoe with a Hypertech programmer on the 87 octane setting, though I did contact Hypertech first. He said it would be fine on 87 tune, but not the 93 even though the octane rating is much higher, something to do with the tune. I only lost about 4 mpg from 17, but when I changed my plugs, they did look kinda lean. So I aborted that and just run gas now.
