Stalling out when going to neutral
So I recently converted from an AOD to a TR3550. Everythings beautiful, except sometimes (not always) when I shift out to neutral, my idle will bounce below 500 and I'll stall out. The rest of the time it goes to about 750 and sits there solid, no movement and everythings perfect.
What should I check? Thanks in advance... -Dennis

One of my friends had a smilier problem when he put his car in revers it would did. It turned out to be the alternator.

Yes... Still using the A9P. However, I have a SCT flash with a year+ old program from AM

The EEC4 uses the VSS signal from the trans to keep the rpm's up (keeps the idle around 1000 above 5mph), this helps prevent stalling during deacell along with other things. I'm not sure how the 3550 or T5 vss functions compared to the AOD with a A9P but you may want to look in that direction.

Thanks for the response. I searched on here and on google and found threads of people saying they had to run the wire for the VSS, but no specifics.
Does anyone have the details of what needs to be done? Thanks...
