what to do???????????
ok i need to know what sounds like the best choice????? i was thinking of doing a 351 with twin turbo's but only cause the 351 blocks r cheaper but i heard its heavier and more complicated to install right????OR buy a boss block and stroke it into a 347.. BUT the boss or dart blocks r expensive and im trying to save some money...or should i just leave it as a boss 302 without stroking it....????? i want around 400 to 600rwhp... so can it be done without stroking it?? should i make it a 351???? u guys help me out..?

How much money are we talking here? And if this is just future fantasy build, please don't waste our time with these questions. There is a million and one ways to get to 400 rwhp, but 600 is lots more expensive. And there is one hell of a difference between the two. So, which do you want and what is your available funds that you have right now.

Figure out your end goal, street/stip...what the headers are actually made for and go from there. What are your plans?

I liked it better white to. But the new paint job would look good if you had not painted your wheels. just my opinion

400-600 is a pretty wide range to be shooting for. You should definately try and narrow your goals down and be a bit more specific with what you want. Those turbos may even be a bit small if your shooting for 600hp. Im guessing they are just 2 of the turbos of a 2.3L turbo mustang, tbird, xr4ti. A friend of mine made just under 400hp with those turbos and a mostly stock 351 just pushing a load of boost through it.

why such small heads? If you are gonna throw down the cash for aftermarket heads, toss on some TFS FAC 190cc heads

What adder said. And honestly, with a power adder such as a turbo, you can get a lot of power without serious motor work. Mild H/C/I fox's with a turbo are putting down anywhere from 440-500+ RWHP.

Anywhere from 12 to 20 PSI? That is a HUGE difference, night and day and probably about a 300-400 HP difference between them. The larger the engine, the more impact boost has, adding 10 psi to a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder will yield half the power increase that 10 psi more will give a good breathing 5.0. Again, I don't know much about those turbos but you may want to look at the specs on those and see what volumes they support.
Boost is what if left over that did not make it into the engine. The larger the engine, the more air it consumes. That is why smaller engines need more "boost" to get a good airflow and make power and larger engines need less boost to get the same % power increase. In effect, less boost still gets the same air flow increase. Turbos and superchargers are sized with that in mind. A small turbo that can make 20 psi on a smaller engine may only be able to efficiently generate only 7 psi on a larger engine. I pulled those numbers out of my ass but if you just wing it and assume, you may be highly disappointed. A single correctly sized turbo 302 with good heads (TF/AFR) making 8-10 PSI can easily make over 500 RWHP and probably have over 300 ft/lbs torque at 2000 and at that HP, the stock 5.0 block is on borrowed time. That is why people are asking what your HP or $$ goal is, that is the only way to give decent advice.
