MAF Sensor help.....


Kinda new to the 5.0 scene, so I need a little help...I have a 302 w/bbk headers and an Edelbrock Performer intake its in an 88 and one of internal spring wires is broken, do i replace it with a stock map sensor....this may be a stupid question, but im lost

you mean in the MAF right?Buy a Pro M MAF calibrated to your injectors
if they are orange top injectors they are 19lbers ,blue tops are 24lbers.
Itll give you an excuse to replace the stock Maf and you should pickup
some power too.The stock Maf is restrictive

Turbo, when you take the two screws off and pull the MAF out theres two little wires, ones broken....Hey racin thanks...the injectors are Orange. so i'll look into that, i've just got to make sure its calibrated to the injectors right?....Thanks for the help and i will be needing alot more in the future...The guy I bought it from was going to let this horse die in the pasture...not me!!!!!!
