T5 3rd and 4th gear will not engage

Car drove fine until my brother used my car and raced a friend, next morning 3rd and 4th gears will not engage. 1st,2nd & 5th work fine. Is it the synchros? If so how did both go at the same time? Aside from the obvious that my brother can't drive.

I have 4 brothers and none of them drive my car.... I guess thats why mine still works

There was no "letting" him drive I didn't know he took it untill the the next morning I went for a joy ride and in 3rd gear expecting to propell the car faster instead redlined, moving on to 4th gear with the same results and then bogging down in 5th gear. Found out that night my brother raced his "broseph's" camaro. He won but technically I lost. -.-
