302 Rods,Bottom end, and build

I bought a recently bored 302 block. It is 30 over. It came with some not usable pistons thanks to some help on here. Will truck rods work in a 91 Mustang block. The truck rods are 92. Im looking to build about 300 to 350 horses. Should I just start fresh? Is it worth throwing a stroker kit at it? Below is a list of top parts I was looking at putting on it, so if you all could help me on the bottom end that would be great.

-Cobra Upper and lower intake
-Gt40x Heads
-E303 Cam
-24# Injetors
-75MM Maf calibrated for 24# injectors
-75MM Throttle body
-190lph Fuel pump

Does this look good? Do I need a fuel pressure regulator, anything anyone would change? What bottom end would you put with this.

id go ahead and put a 255lph fuel pump in it, you may as well they cost about the same. The cobra intake is fine for that HP but i wouldnt pay full price for one, if you can get one for $300 and under then do it. @24lb injectors seems fine i wouldnt go any higher then 30lb though. your TB and mass air size seems fine. as for your heads i have no clue but if your getting a good deal on used ones then do it but at full price i think Trick flow or AFR would be a better choice. And many people on this site will tell you that there are much better cams out there besides letter cams but if 350HP is your goal you may be ok. Just so you know Trick flow has a top end kit that comes with a stage 1 came and there 170 heads with a high flowing intake for around $2500, there all matched together and the add states its good for 350 HP

Yeah I saw the Trick flow kit, I wouldn't be opposed to getting it. Thanks for the advise

Your gt40 combo with that cam would give you about 300 flywheel at best.
