Fuel injector size/colors?

I'm looking for a list that shows the relationship between injector colors to size. Example: 42 lb injectors are black with Green tops. Can anyone give me the colors for the following sizes: 19 lb, 24 lb, 30 lb, 36 lb, 42 lb, 50 lb, 55 lb, 60 lb, 72 lb, 83 lb & 96 lb.
Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your help. Let me ask another question. Is it possible that there could be more than 1 color for the same size injector (depending on vehicle year)? For example, I understood that 19 lb injectors were orange and you mention yellow. Could it be that certain years were orange and other years were yellow?
