I'm using Bosch platinum ones, some people say not to use em but they've worked fine for me.

you should contact the manufacturer of your heads, and ask them what to put in them.

and definitly NOT E3's or platinums

E3 plugs are just another rip off invented by the manufacturers. If you dont believe me, look into "Splitfire" plugs. They were held up in a class action lawsuit because of their product.

Spark only jumps from one point. And making the ground strap larger, doesnt increase performance, it actually masks some of the plug, making it possible to have more misfires.

Bosch platinum/iridium 4 over here and have worked fine for me. I heard stories about them being bad for mod motors but never from anyone who had a bad thing happen to them. A friend of my cousins girlfriend told her and she told him blah blah blah.

a mod motor, and a 5.0 have COMPLETELY different ignition systems. Your car used platinum plugs stock. and the Iridium tips may work well in YOUR application.

a 5.0 will benefit most from a traditional style resistor spark plug (copper core). Like the Autolite, Motorcraft, or NGK plugs.

I have always had issues with the 5.0 and fancy spark plugs. I run motorcraft. The fancy ones seemed to cause problems like timing and miss-fire.

the bosh platnum 4's are pretty short (good for headers) ,and are a side gapped plug. yes the spark travles to only one electrode, but the side gap un-shrouds the flame kernel. i think traditional plugs are fine though. not alot of power found in trick plugs. hey ohsplat am i trippen our is the intake on the motor in your avitar backwards? might have somthing to do with the 15 min 35 mph thing!lol

Not E3, and I'm not high on Bosch Platinums for performance. I use Autolite race plugs.

Autolite or Autolite racing. Use copper core and not platinum. Platinum plugs are for long life, not performance.

That is a fact. Electricity takes the path of least resistance meaning one of the paths will be of least resistance. There will be one spark and only one spark. These companies prey on people that don't know anything about electricity. It is "false advertising" in every way.
