Vacuum Leak?

Hey guys my fox has been acting a little odd and im thinking its a vacuum leak somewhere. Basically, it hesitates to rev up from idle, it lopes a little at idle, and when I turn the car off the engine takes like 5sec to spin down, and sputters sometimes like I opened the choke all the way on a carbed engine while still running. It drives fine once moving. Is this a vacuum leak? If so, how do I pinpoint it and fix it? Is it difficult? And lastly, does a leak rob any horsepower? Thanks guys!

get can of break cleaner, spray small areas of engine at a time while its running, if the cars revs up while spraying then you found you leak
