The reason it runs like crap is because of the F303 cam. Ford Speed Density systems run off of vacuum and do not idle well at all when the vacuum changes. You can tune around this but it is a pain in the ass. The best place to go is to a reputable shop with a dyno that can tune the car and burn a chip. It might be in your best interest to convert to Mass Air.

You sir need a Crower 15511 cam. It is the best cam for speed density that I have read up on..

And Darrell is right, that F303 cam is making that car run like crap with SD.
Crower 15511 - Crower Performance Level 2 Camshafts - Overview - SummitRacing.com

The thing you need to look at when selecting a cam for speed density is the duration.

That crower cam will work great with speed density...Ive heard nothing but good things on it.

Altho you could switch to mass air for the same price as that cam...maybe less.

But then your still stuck with a junk F303 cam. My advise would be to buy a SD compatible cam like the one I posted.
