starter solenoid question

Does any one konw what the circuit breaker located on the positive terminal on the fender mount starter solenoid does? it runs to a black wire with a white stripe. My circuit breaker keeps tripping and i think whatever that black wire with a white stripe runs to is shorting out.

I really could use some help with this guys... I'm completely stumped. I went to ford and their wiring diagrams wern't detailed enough to tell me where it goes. Everyone who has a fox body should have a fender mounted solenoid. there is a circuit breaker right off the terminal that has the pos battery cable running to it. Anyone know what it runs to? Any help at al would be awesome!

i had the same problem kept blowing mine every 2 days

I replace the positive and neg batt cables and the cable from the olenoid to the starter one of them had a short and now it fine
