This car is really starting to ....
Ok, I got the 1 gauge power cable to the starter on and buttoned all that up. Out a fully charged red top in the car, hooked everything up and started the car, Had a ruff time turning over but not to bad.. Let the car warm up and took it around the block. Gauges are still telling me the temp is all the way to the right as well as the oil pressure... Pull back into the garage and shut it off, then try and start again... NOPE. same issue..
I have pulled the dash to try and find a bad wire, looked at the computer ground there, I eve started the car with the light switch out, defroster, gauge cluster, and still same issue. I dont think its heat soaking the starter cause that wont explain the gauges... New computer, New starter and cable, New red top... Ground strap to the block is there and good, ground bug next to the water pump on the driver side good... IDK what it could be. I am loosing my mind. This is when a carbed car would be so much easier Tim
