Mass Airflow Sensor

As of lately the car has been messing up almost to the point that it is unbareable to drive. I've been testing sensors trying to figure out the problem, I was just wondering if this is a credible way to test the MAF or not.

If so does anyone know how far away from 0 is fine? Mine was at 4ohms. As for the problem the car doesnt idle real well most of the time, and driving down the road it tends to buck a lot when just maintaining a speed at rpms below 2500. Under full throttle it seems to run fine. I have recently changed the plugs and cap and rotor, but not the wires.

Thanks for the help

Ya i have tried with two different code readers with no luck. It doesnt show the everything is ok code but no other ones pop up either. The car was converted to maf before i got it so i dont know if maybe they didnt hook something up right and thats why i cant pull any codes.
