HELP! electrical problems!

I'm reposting this, maybe nobody understood my question but I REALLY need Help. In this Picture, I circled in red the starter solenoid. On the one terminal you have the battery cable, fuse box, headlights, atlernator, etc. on the other side is the wire that goes to the starter motor. My question is what else is on the positive side along with the battery cable etc. ? It's a circuit breaker that attaches to a black wire with a white stripe. I'm positive whatever that goes to is shorting out because the circuit breaker keeps tripping. Any idea what that circuit breaker goes to?

alright man that thing that you circled is not a circuit breaker it is a relay. The way that it works is that when the car is off is has an open circuit so that the starter gets no power, when you put the key in and try and start the car thats when the relay powers up and completes the circuit so that power gets to the relay. Try replacing your relay. If it is working if you can find out where it is, have someone start the car while at the same time you are listening to the relay. If it is working then you will hear it click, meaning it is good, if you dont hear anything then it is bad.

the thing that i circled is not the problem. I know it is the starter relay and i have replaced it. the thing that is concerning me is the circuit breaker that comes off of that relay (i'm positive it's a circuit breaker). it is on the battery side of the relay. ill have to get a pic and post it if you still don't understand what i meen. I'm positive that the circuit breaker is not to run any power accessories on the vehicle because when i remove it EVERYTHING works on the car, Windows, radio, lights, starter, everything... I don't understand why they put this circuit breaker on.

I Know these diagrams go only up to 88 but should be similar, looks like the power window circuit breaker

I don't know if you saw my post earlier in this thread but according to the Hynes manual wiring diagrams and various pieces of diagrams I've collected over the years, that circuit breaker is for the power door locks/windows.

looking at the wiring diagrams, the circuit breaker does look like it goes to the power windows and locks. The weirdest thing is that my windows work just fine but my locks are shot. any idea why my windows would still work?

I did not trace out the wires on the diagrams to the windows. If I get a chance later, I will look at it.

Someone prolly stole power off something else for the windows because they had the same problem ur having. pull off your door panels and check it.
