Tuning Issues 5.0 w/trick flow heads

I have a stock bottom end 5.0 w/trick flow track heats, bbk ssi, 1.7 roller rockers, tfs stage 1 cam, shorties, offroad h, flows, cold air, stock throttle body, adj regulator, bbk rails, stock mass air and injectors.

I have several questions, first off, i finally got it running and it isn't quite running right. Lots of idling issues, and doesn't quite make the power it should. What timing should i have? Spout in or out? Fuel pressure?

stock timing is 10 degrees, you have to unplug the connector, not the main connector the little one to set base timing. as far as fuel pressure, should be about 39 but if you lean out you got to turn base up 10lbs to make your injector bigger and thats with vac. disconnected. unless you have handheld tuner it gonna be hard to figure out where you need to be. you have aftermarket rails why not get bigger injectors and you have a cam intake why not get a bigger throttle body. let that thing breathe.

yeah, i have a larger throttle body, just won't clear throttle linkage to valve covers. also, on dyno results, 19lbs and stock throttle body doesn't really make any less horsepower, from what i've read. i understand that usually head/cam/intake cars run better on locked timing around 35 degrees. any one on here have idle issues with trick flow heads on stock fuel injection?
