Auto tranny, are shorty headers worth the work?
I have recently beem buying more muscle for the stang recently and everywhere I look say LT headers are only for manual trans. I have also seen that short tubes arent worth labor/hp gain. Is it possible to port old headers or stick with what stock headers I have.

MAC headers fit auto trannys. I just bought some of their longtubes.

How much they run you? Do u have a link to that thread? I know there was a lot of discussion bout shortys, just didn't see n e think about trans n headers thanks though

My buddy is running the 1 3/4 longtubes for auto in his car. No issues yet. Websit is macperformance.com and here is a quick ebay search for you.
