Any AOD experts?

So when I first got my mustang I changed all the fluids, including rear and trans. Trans would start slipping bad in OD only after flooring it hard into passing gear. This was ok with me so I just started to drive it mostly in D unless on a long trip then I would put it into OD and would be hit or miss weither it would work.

So now when the trans is cold (start the car and go) it doesnt want to shift from 1 -2. It pauses and then finally after a sec or 2 kicks into 2nd gear. When I stop at the first stop sign at my house it wont downshift unless i do it manually.

After the trans warms up all the gears work fine except it will not upshift into OD at all now. It used to kick in and just free rev like it was in N. Now it wont go from 3rd to 4th at all. I quess im trying to figure out if this sounds like my computer or a sensor, or if the valve body needs rebuilt.

Found a pretty good write up here. From what is stated there I think its a sticky valve. Im gonna pull the valve body if this snow ever melts.
